Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders on the next working day. All items are shipped using Royal Mail services.

Delivery times are provided as estimates only and may vary depending on location, service selected at checkout, and external factors beyond our control.

  • UK deliveries: Please allow up to 4 working days

  • International deliveries: Please allow up to 10 working days

Deliveries do not take place on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in tracking your parcel.

Shipping Costs

All shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

To ensure shipping costs are combined, please make sure all items are purchased together in a single order. Orders placed separately are processed independently and shipping costs cannot always be combined once an order has been placed.

International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs charges, import duties, or local taxes once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We have no control over these charges and are unable to estimate them in advance, as customs policies vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs authority prior to placing an order to avoid unexpected fees.

Returned International Parcels

If an international order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details

  • Missed delivery or collection

  • Refused delivery

Additional postage charges will apply if you wish for the order to be reshipped. Alternatively, an administration charge may be deducted if you choose to receive a refund.

Delivery Issues

If a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier in line with their claims process and keep you informed throughout.
