Returns Eligibility

You may return any item you are not completely happy with for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The original product code and tags must remain attached

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received

  • Items must be unworn

  • Items must be free from any odours

  • Items must be in saleable condition

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival.

We strongly recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service and retaining proof of postage. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit when being returned to us.

Please ensure your items are securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout, at the price you paid (including sale items).

  • Refunds are typically processed within 1–2 working days of receiving your return

  • You will receive a confirmation once your refund has been issued


Postage Costs

Please note that postage costs are non-refundable, including:

  • Original delivery charges

  • Return shipping costs

If you believe your item was incorrectly advertised, damaged, or faulty, please contact us before returning your order, as you may be eligible for postage reimbursement.
